General Terms

Re-Delivery Policy: If a delivery attempt is made but the receiver is unresponsive, unavailable, or requests a postponement, the product can be re-delivered the next day for an additional fee of AED 30 (Dubai) or AED 35 (outside Dubai). The re-delivery will be for the same item in its current condition. If the condition is unsatisfactory, the sender must repurchase the item. Delivery will occur during the next available time slot after recipient confirmation.

No Response from Receiver: If the receiver does not respond during delivery, the sender will be notified. If the sender also does not respond within 24 hours from the time of delivery, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Receiver Information: We will attempt to call the number provided by the sender. If the receiver’s number is incorrect and the wrong address is used due to the incorrect number, we are not responsible and cannot retrieve the item. Therefore, a new order must be placed to send a replacement.

Card Message Change: A charge of AED 10 will apply for any changes to a printed card message.

Balloons: The lifespan of balloons varies depending on storage conditions. Savor Flowers is not liable for any damage caused by improper handling or storage.

Order Refusal

During Address Capture: If the order is refused by the receiver during address capture, a refund will be issued only if the order has not yet been prepared. If the order has been prepared, no refund will be issued, and the sender must provide an alternative recipient.

Upon Delivery: If the receiver refuses the order upon delivery, no refund will be issued, and the order will be returned to our location. The sender must provide an alternative recipient, and a re-delivery charge of AED 30 (Dubai) or AED 35 (outside Dubai) will apply.

Non-Serviceable Areas

Savor Flowers does not deliver to the following areas:

• Abu Dhabi: Gharbia, Bida Zayed, Liwa, Dhafra, Riyasi, Western Region, Khatam, Ruwaise, Madina Zayed, Sila, Mirfa, Buhasa, Tareef, Al Humra AUH, Tarif, Giyathi, Beda Zayed / Zayed City
• Al Ain: Suhwan, Al Wagan, Al Qua, Al Khazna, Abu Samrah, Nahil, Al Yaher, Rimah, Dhahira, Al Araad, Al Faqa, Sweihan, Al Hiyar, Bin Asmad, Al Shuwaib Dam
• Sharjah: Dhaid, Maliha, Madam, Nazwa, Soban Musafi Road, Wadia Al Hello, Wadi Asma, Al Zubair, Muhafiz, Ibn-E-Rasheed, Al Batayeh, Sohaila, Bir Al Rafiaa

Redelivery & Address Changes

If the receiver is unavailable, the product will be returned to the warehouse, and re-delivery charges will apply: AED 30 (Dubai) or AED 35 (other Emirates).

An address change after the order has been dispatched will incur additional charges as above.

If the address provided by the receiver is in a non-serviced area, a refund will not be issued. Instead, a store credit voucher for the full amount will be provided. When the address is outside the Bullet coverage area, only the difference in the Bullet delivery charge will be provided as a store credit. Alternatively, the sender has the option to change the receiver’s details and location in both cases.

If a Bullet delivery order is placed without specifying the recipient’s location and is later updated with a location outside the Bullet delivery coverage area, the order will be rescheduled to the next available delivery time slot, and the delivery charges will be non-refundable.

Returns

Quality Issues: If there’s an issue with the product quality confirmed by Savor Flowers, a replacement, product of equal value, or a full refund will be provided. Cake replacements must be requested within 6 hours of delivery.

Quantity Issues: If the received order quantity is incorrect, a new item or refund proportional to the missing items will be provided.

Replacements will be scheduled in the next delivery slot if requested before 3 pm. Requests after 3 pm will be handled the next day.
