Refunds and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order with Savor Flowers, the amount will generally be returned as store credit.

If a refund is approved, 3% will be deducted from the original payment due to bank transaction fees.

In cases where an order is placed for a specific delivery timeframe and the recipient does not respond during address acquisition, the order will be automatically moved to the next available delivery slot. Additional delivery charges will not be refunded in such cases, as the service has already been rendered by Savor Flowers.

If Savor Flowers agrees to issue a refund for any reason, the refund process may take between 4–12 days, depending on the policies of the payment gateway.

For deliveries to non-serviceable areas, the customer may:

  • Provide an alternate recipient in a serviceable area, or
  • Update the recipient’s location to a serviceable address.

If none of the above options are used and the order is canceled, the purchase amount will be returned as store credit.

Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

Quality Issues

If there is a confirmed quality issue with the received product, you may request:

  • A product replacement
  • Another item of equal value
  • A full refund

Note: Cake replacements must be requested within 3 hours of receiving the order.

Quantity Issues

If there is a confirmed discrepancy in quantity, you may choose to:

  • Receive a replacement item, or
  • Receive a partial refund based on the missing item’s value

Replacement Timing

Replacements will be made during the next available delivery slot if the request is made before 6 PM. Requests received after 6 PM will be processed the following day.
